You will be involved in the planning and execution of pharmaceutical development programs for the company, and to develop market-driven innovative technology for the company. You will also acquire an understanding of the scientific knowledge and technical know-how required for pharmaceutical advanced formulation technology. You will build up strength in the competitive environment of both local and global pharmaceutical industries.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Participate in the innovative breakthrough in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicines.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop and optimize micronization technologies, formulation techniques and process engineering for novel preparation of Chinese medicines.</p> </li> <li> <p>Perform formulation characterization such as moisture content, particle size analysis, microscopic observation, content assay and dissolution experiment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage research projects, including but not limit to timeline management, scope management and data organization.</p> </li> <li> <p>Communication with other departments and stakeholders in performing new product development projects and research projects.</p> </li> <li> <p>Opportunity to work with team manager and market leader in the registration of products in Hong Kong</p> </li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Who we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>PhD or Master’s in Chinese Medicines, Chemistry, Pharmacy in Chinese Medicine, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, Translational</p> </li> <li> <p>Medicines, Material Science, Food and Nutritional Science, Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline.</p> </li> <li> <p>>3 years experiences in research projects, preferably in the Chinese medicines area. Experience in TCM micronization, nanotechnology or formulation technology is highly preferred.</p> </li> <li> <p>Analytical skills such as inspection of marker components by HPLC, LC-MS is a plus.</p> </li> <li> <p>Possess knowledge in Chinese medicines.</p> </li> <li> <p>Good communication skills.
