Job Description

Snapshot

Head of Channel (Partner) Management - with Tech conglomerate focusing on Cloud.
**Local and global partner recruitment and management, Including strategic business planning, partner growth and success.

Exciting Role for you

Formulate sales strategy, lead team and manage performance to drive deep alignment in between business goals and partners (Local and Global).
Assess risk and quality control in collaboration to ensure partnership comply with compliance and maintain busienss integrity.
Maintain strong relationships with current and recruit new partners, and manage motivation through supporting clients throughout the projects, setting incentive scheme, and set up plans for review to influence partners for new businesses.
Make channel map, identify and insight of channel status. Be responsible for the channel management and recruitment, guarantee the quality and quantity of channel resources
Organize the channel partners, invite them to participate in the channel activities, and improve the brand reputation

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above is required.
Good Working experience in as channel account management or distrbution account management or partner success.
At least 5 years of Team leading experiences.
Experiences in channels (local and global) and strategy co-operations with thorough understanding in channels sales & industrial expansion
With Cloud vendor channel partner success and management, and team management experiences would be an advantage.
