* Supervise daily tasks of employees, including attendance, appearance, customer service etiquette, and hygiene.

* Assist employees in career planning and encourage their rapid growth.

* Help employees develop their career plans and encourage them to grow quickly.

* Maintain a positive work atmosphere and promote teamwork.

* Maintain a good working atmosphere and promote team collaboration.

Shop Operations Management:

Store Management:

* Manage equipment, inventory, accounts, and safety measures.

* Manage store equipment, goods, accounts and safety measures.

* Ensure proper functioning of equipment, clear accounting, and reasonable inventory levels.

* Ensure equipment is operating normally, accounts are clear, and inventory is reasonable.

* Oversee store safety protocols.

* Responsible for store safety management.

Training and Development:

Training Management:

* Develop targeted training programs to enhance employees' professional skills.

* Design targeted training plans to improve employees’ professional skills.

* Address sales-related issues through relevant training to improve store performance.

* Provide corresponding training based on in-store sales problems to improve store performance.

Membership Management:

* Maintain customer information to enhance brand awareness.

* Manage customer information and enhance brand awareness among customers.

* Regularly analyze and report customer consumption records, design tailored membership promotions.

Sales Management:

* Set reasonable sales targets and create sales plans.

Requirements:

- Passion for innovative technology.

- Practical experience as a retail manager or in other management roles, preferably in electronics retail.

* Have experience as a retail manager or other management position, those who have worked in electronic retail stores are preferred.

- College diploma or above in business management or related field preferred.

* Hold a college diploma or above, business management or related field degree is preferred.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

* Enjoy good relationships and resolving conflicts.

- Proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin/English (both spoken and written).

- Willingness to travel between Mainland China and Hong Kong (Products Training in the mainland China)

* Enjoy traveling between Hong Kong and the mainland (product training is required in the mainland).
