Job Description
1. Design a medium- to long-term product roadmap, plan three product lines: AI companion learning tools, intelligent knowledge base, and cross-border student sentiment analysis system, and supervise the whole process from R&D to commercialization.
2. Hire and lead algorithm, development, consulting, etc. cross-functional teams, establish agile development processes and OKR performance evaluation systems.
3. Connect with Hong Kong local schools, educational institutions, government-funded projects and university laboratories, promote product cooperation.
4. Based on the differences between the mainland and Hong Kong's curriculum systems, lead the development and selection of models such as academic ability diagnosis and personalized learning path recommendation, with a target accuracy rate of 95% or above.
5. Design a cross-border student academic information platform, unify the collection standards, data cleaning rules and storage structure, and form reusable data assets.
6. Establish an A/B testing framework and quality control mechanism, continuously optimize products; track education policies in both places, and iterate the course mapping knowledge base.
Job Requirements
2. More than 10 years of education industry work experience, of which at least 3 years of product management or project management experience; those who have experience in education technology products from 0 to 1 are preferred.
3. Familiar with the whole product development process (requirement analysis, prototype design, development follow-up, test acceptance); have basic data analysis skills, and be able to use data to drive product decisions; understand basic AI or software development concepts, and be able to communicate smoothly with technical teams.
4. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (which can be used as a working language); familiar with the Hong Kong or Mainland education system, those with cross-border education service experience are preferred.
