Job Summary:
As a retail sales specialist, you need to sell in three ways: door sampling, upselling to customers, and pushing upgrade sales to existing customers. Your job responsibilities also include constantly improving sales skills, building and updating product knowledge, and communicating relevant information to customers with DNA Brands' highest service standards, while providing excellent customer service in an attractive way.

Salary: HKD10,000-100,000up

Working location: Kowloon District/Hong Kong Island retail store

Main responsibilities:

• Perform a door-stopping sales process.

• Provide personalized beauty consultation and product recommendations to customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Working with foreign colleagues (must be able to communicate in English).

• In appropriate circumstances, provide skin consultation, product demonstration, and advice on products and treatment plans to customers.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve personal and store sales goals.

• Develop and maintain customer relationships.

• Assist with daily operations, such as issuing invoices, signing treatment plans, handling cash transactions and managing inventory.

• Participate in training and development programs.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall goals.

Requirements:

• Applicants with retail or beauty industry experience are preferred.

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Full of enthusiasm for beauty and skin care products.

• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Preference will be given to those who are fluent in Cantonese.
