Have rich management experience, at least ten years of senior management position experience in the relevant industry. <br>2. Have deep insights into business models, market dynamics and future development trends. <br>3. Excellent leadership skills, able to motivate team members to work together to achieve company goals. <br>4. Familiar with financial operations and risk control, and able to make comprehensive judgments and decisions from a global perspective. <br>5. Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship management ability, and be able to maintain a stable leadership position in complex situations.</div>
