Audit Assistant

A: Responsibilities:

1. General audit work, Providing auditing service,

2. Carrying out taxation assignments, Completing financial statements,

3. Responsible for performing daily accounting duties (Assist in accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger duties;

4. Assist in month end closing and prepare accounting schedules and breakdown;

B: Requirements:

1. Qualification - BBA in Professional Accountancy (Bachelor Degree)

2. Skill - Proficient in written and spoken English/Chinese and Putonghua (Good)

3. Experience- Accounting or auditing working experience is an advantage, fresh graduates are welcome. No experience is required for internship. (< 1 year)

4. Strength - Responsible and hard-working (Basic)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform tax-related tasks, including tax filing and document organization

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and accounting notes

• Responsible for daily accounting affairs, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger processing

• Assist in completing the monthly closing process and preparing relevant accounting details and reconciliation statements

• Organize and archive audit and accounting documents to ensure data integrity and compliance

Work requirements

• Hold a professional accounting bachelor's degree (such as a Bachelor of Business Administration - Professional Accounting)

• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Applicants with accounting or auditing-related work experience will be given priority, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Internship positions do not require work experience (less than one year of work experience)

• Work attitude is serious and responsible, hard-working and solid, and having basic team spirit

• Familiar with basic accounting principles and audit processes is preferred
