Business Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and analyze problems in the areas of business operations efficiency, financial management, human resources, market marketing and IT technology, and identify core pain points and improvement opportunities.

• Design specific and feasible strategy solutions based on customer needs, provide professional advice to enhance organizational performance and competitiveness.

• Collaborate with customer senior management and department teams to drive change management, assist with strategy planning and execution.

• Regularly track project progress, evaluate improvement effectiveness, and propose continuous optimization suggestions to ensure long-term value creation.

• Write consultation reports and presentations, clearly communicate analysis results and solutions, and support decision-making.

Work requirements

• Have a bachelor's degree or above in business analysis, management consulting or related fields, those with experience in change management or cross-industry consulting are preferred.

• Familiar with the operating modes of various functional departments of the enterprise, and in-depth understanding of business processes, financial structures and digital transformation issues.

• Have excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively interact with customers of different levels and build trust relationships.

• Can accompany business trips to customer sites, and work at the Tsim Sha Tsui office, requiring a full-time commitment.
