Familiar with the rules of the Hong Kong and US stock markets, the basic compliance requirements of the SFC, quantitative trading and asset management product business logic; have independent customer development, channel maintenance, business negotiation and business landing capabilities; and be able to flexibly push business within the compliance framework, balancing compliance and business efficiency.

4. Comprehensive quality

Bachelor's degree or above, finance, economics, and accounting related majors are preferred; Have good communication skills in Chinese, English, and Cantonese; Outgoing personality, strong sense of purpose, and strong stress resistance, with excellent business development and customer service abilities.

5. Priority conditions

Preference will be given to those with high net worth clients, institutional channels, quantitative institutions, and private equity resources; those with domestic Hong Kong securities firm work experience are preferred.
