<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Responsible for cleaning, sanding and masking the vehicle surface to ensure that the base preparation before painting meets the standard.</li><li>According to the original factory specifications, correctly mix the paint, primer, and coating materials, and evenly apply them to the car body using a spray gun.</li><li>Precisely operate the spray painting equipment, complete full car or partial spraying, ensure consistent color and coating thickness meet the quality requirements.</li><li>After the spray paint is complete, a detailed inspection is performed, and any bubbles, dripping, or particles are immediately repaired.</li><li>Detailed record of each type, quantity and construction content of the paint used, and maintenance of a clean and safe work area.</li></ul><p> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Have automotive sheet metal and paint related work experience, familiar with metal and composite material surface treatment processes.</li><li>Proficient in operating spray guns, paint booths, air compressors, etc. professional equipment, and able to follow the manufacturer's instructions to perform operations.</li><li>Understand the chemical properties of paint, be able to accurately adjust the color and master the influence of coating environment temperature and humidity on film formation.</li><li>Pay attention to details and quality, have the ability to identify coating defects, and be able to complete repair work independently.</li><li>Comply with occupational safety and health and environmental protection regulations, and properly dispose of hazardous waste such as spent solvents and filtering cotton.</li></ul>
