Responsible for the entire customer shopping and checkout process, ensuring accurate and rapid cash register operations that meet the operating standards.
Familiar with various payment methods, including cash, credit card/debit card, QR code payment (such as AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, FPS, etc.) and electronic coupon redemption.
Execute daily refunds, exchanges, discount adjustments, and member point operations, and strictly follow the company's return and exchange policy and financial regulations.
Keep the checkout counter and surrounding area clean and orderly, regularly check the scanner, printer, POS terminal, etc. equipment operation status, and report any abnormalities to the supervisor or technical support immediately.
Work requirements
Educational qualifications are not limited; those with secondary six, higher diploma, associate degree or above are preferred, especially those with financial, accounting or retail-related backgrounds.
No experience required, fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply; those with cash register or retail service experience will be given priority.
Have basic numerical calculation skills and high attention to detail, and be able to maintain operational accuracy and efficiency during high traffic periods.
Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin listening and conversational skills.
Familiar with smartphone operations, able to quickly master new payment tools and internal cash register systems.
Responsibility and team spirit, able to maintain a positive attitude and professional image in an open service environment.
Benefits
Monthly salary range: HKD 12,000 to 18,000, depending on experience and performance.
Working hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (including meal breaks), working six days a week (Monday to Saturday).
Working location: 165 Haibin Road, Guantang, Upper Living.
