Hong Kong M&A position responsibilities<br>1. Project evaluation: Conduct a preliminary screening and evaluation of potential acquisition targets, analyzing their financial condition, market potential, and strategic value.<br>2. Due diligence: Assist in completing a due diligence on the target company, including financial, legal, and operational aspects, to identify potential risks.<br>3. Transaction execution: Participate in the negotiation, agreement drafting and transaction process of the M&A transaction, ensure the smooth progress of the transaction.<br>4. Financial analysis: Conduct financial analysis related to mergers and acquisitions, including valuation modeling, revenue forecasting, and investment return evaluation.<br>5. Project coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (such as legal, finance, business departments) and external consultants (such as lawyers, accountants) to ensure that the project is completed on time.<br>6. Compliance and reporting: Ensure that the merger and acquisition activities comply with relevant Hong Kong and international laws and regulations, and assist in preparing relevant reports and documents.<br>Requirements include financial analysis skills, project management experience, and good communication and coordination abilities.<br>
