Job Responsibilities:<br> <ul> <li>Responsible for promoting the secondary property market in Hong Kong, including buying and selling and leasing</li> <li>Develop potential customers, establish and maintain good customer relationships</li> <li>According to customer needs, provide suitable property options and professional advice</li> <li>Coordinate property inspection arrangements and assist customers in completing the transaction process</li> <li>Continuously monitor market dynamics, grasp the latest real estate information and competitive situation</li> </ul> Requirements:<br> <ul> <li>Have basic knowledge of real estate, those with sales experience are given priority</li> <li>Have good communication skills and customer service awareness</li> <li>Have independent work ability, self-motivation and achieve sales targets</li> <li>Familiar with the Hong Kong secondary property market is preferred</li> <li>Preference will be given to those with valid real estate license</li> </ul>
