Travel Agency Travel Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for travel agency branch sales, providing travel consulting, itinerary planning and customer follow-up services

• Handle group travel document preparation, daily settlements, and logistics coordination

• Need to be on duty at weekends, Sundays and public holidays

• Full-time work, with work locations throughout Hong Kong/ Kowloon/ the New Territories, currently with priority given to the New Territories

Job Requirements

• Second 5 or above (equivalent to secondary school diploma)

• 1 to 3 years of relevant travel industry work experience

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, everyday English, and Mandarin

• Familiarity with computer operations and Chinese and English typing; those with a travel insurance license or an overseas tour guide certificate are preferred
