Job Description

[Job Responsibilities]

Responsible for architecture design and development of the company's core products, using React and Next.js to build high-performance, highly available web applications.
Lead frontend performance optimization, analyze and solve complex problems related to rendering performance, loading speed, memory usage, etc., continuously improving product user experience and stability.
Deeply participate in product planning and technology selection, evaluate and introduce new technologies/solutions, lead the continuous iteration and refactoring of frontend technical architecture, and improve overall team development efficiency.

[Job Requirements]

Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, with 5+ years of web application development experience;
Deep understanding of React and its ecosystem (e.g., state management, Hooks), with profound insights into component design and frontend engineering;
Expert in Next.js framework, with rich practical experience and understanding of underlying principles in server-side rendering (SSR), routing mechanisms, API Routes, etc.;
Expert in TypeScript, with best practice experience in medium to large-scale projects.
Familiar with Linux environment and common Shell commands, able to independently deploy services and troubleshoot online issues;
Excellent system analysis and complex problem-solving abilities, experience in independently investigating and resolving difficult online issues, with an Owner mindset;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to clearly express technical viewpoints, and efficiently collaborate with product, design, backend, and other teams.

[Bonus Points]

Familiar with Tiptap or Prosemirror, with rich text editor development experience preferred;
In-depth research and successful cases in performance optimization, familiar with performance metrics such as Web Vitals;
Skilled at applying AI tools to the development process, with exploration and practice in using AI to improve development efficiency and quality;
Active contributions to open source communities or technical blogs.
