UI/UX Designer
Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full product life cycle user experience planning and interface design, including requirement analysis, user research, information architecture clarification, wireframes and high-fidelity prototype creation, and collaborating with product managers and engineering teams to push design to the ground.

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, etc. empirical research, continuously collect user feedback, optimize interaction processes and visual representations, and improve overall operation efficiency and satisfaction.

• Participate in agile development processes, provide design support in iteration meetings, quickly produce validation solutions, and flexibly adjust design strategies based on technical limitations and business objectives.

• Closely follow up on post-launch data performance (such as conversion rate, bounce rate, click heat map, etc.), combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis, and propose specific and executable user experience improvement suggestions.

Work requirements

• Have good cross-departmental communication skills, be able to clearly explain the logic behind design decisions, and use empathy to collaborate and resolve conflicts, thereby promoting the full understanding and adoption of design value by the team.
