Job Description

Front Desk Clerk (Front Desk / Guest Service)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily reception work at the store, including customer consultation, product introduction, sales assistance and checkout service, and exhibiting a professional and friendly service image;
Execute various administrative support affairs at the front desk, such as telephone transfer, mail reception, appointment registration and basic office work;
Maintain a clean and orderly retail environment and ensure that products are displayed in accordance with brand image and visual standards;
Proactively detect customer needs, provide personalized service suggestions at appropriate times, and properly handle general complaints or concerns to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

Secondary school graduation or above, with good Cantonese communication skills, understanding of Mandarin and basic English is preferred;
Have at least 6 months of retail, food and beverage or customer service experience, those with front-end or cashier service background are preferred;
Outgoing and proactive personality, with good manners, adaptability, and team spirit;
Able to withstand a moderate work pace, and can accommodate shift schedules (including weekends and public holidays);
Familiar with basic computer operations (such as Microsoft Office, POS system), high learning willingness, and willing to accept on-the-job training.
