Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) loan-related documents, including their organization, review, and archiving

• Enter loan information accurately and without error into the system to ensure data consistency and integrity

• Assist in completing various administrative support tasks in the loan application process

• Ensure all operations comply with internal compliance requirements and bank standard operating procedures

Work requirements

• 2024 or 2025 university graduates, majoring in finance, accounting, business or related sciences are preferred

• Have basic Microsoft Excel operations, familiar with data processing and word processing

• Applicants with bank internship experience or relevant office administrative experience will be given priority

• Careful and steady, with good organizational skills and time management techniques

• Good Chinese writing skills, able to clearly write and organize documents

• Willing to learn, sense of responsibility, able to complete assigned tasks independently

• No sales work involved, purely back-end operations position

Benefits

• Monthly salary HKD$19,500 or above, plus year-end bonuses
