Food Service Sales Representative (1 year contract)

General Responsibilities

• Perform daily customer visits, promote company products, gather market insights, and strengthen brand presence in-store

• Manage order follow-ups to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction to achieve company sales target

• Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service delivery

• Drive business growth by executing promotional campaigns and broadening product offerings

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential accounts

• Assist with ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager

• Follow up on orders to ensure smooth processes and customer satisfaction, in order to achieve the company's sales targets

• Establish and maintain long-term solid customer relationships through high-quality services

• Promote business growth through promotional activities and expanding product lines

• Discover and expand new business opportunities with customers

• Assist in handling temporary projects assigned by the manager

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in FMCG, foodservice, or merchandising

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese

• Immediate availability is highly advantageous

• 1–2 years of fast-moving consumer goods/dining services/product promotion-related experience

• Fluent in Chinese and English

• Prioritization for immediate employment
