Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for daily site inspections, emergency maintenance, and rapid response to faults of the wireless access network (RAN) base stations to ensure stable network services.
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on base station sites (including server rooms, rooftops, power supplies, air conditioning, etc. ) to identify potential risks and coordinate the handling of abnormal situations.
Participate in the location, isolation and recovery of emergency faults, and record the fault phenomena, processing steps and resolution results according to the standard process.
Manage and update base station website-related system information, including equipment asset list, alarm log, maintenance work order, and website configuration file.
Support the engineering team in completing new station opening support, parameter verification, signal tracing and on-site testing technical collaborative tasks.
Work requirements
2027th Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Communications Engineering, Electronic Information, Computer Science or related fields, with a solid foundation in wireless communication theory.
Familiar with LTE/5G wireless access network architecture, key interfaces (such as S1/X2), basic signaling procedures (such as attachment, handover, paging), and common KPI indicators.
Master the hardware composition, alarm classification and interpretation method of Huawei eNodeB/NodeB equipment, and be able to use LMT, MML instructions and U2020 network management platform for basic operations.
Have the ability to understand the principles and perform simple fault diagnosis on the power supply and distribution system (including UPS and batteries), air conditioning cooling system, lightning protection grounding, and other website infrastructure.
Cantonese fluent, can be used as the main working language; have good Chinese writing skills, be able to independently write and maintain reports, fault analysis briefs; English can read technical documents and device interfaces.
