European luxury fashion Sales Associate (Hong Kong Island)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide professional and high-quality sales services to customers, showcasing the brand's consistent elegant image and service standards.

• Aggressively achieve personal and team sales goals, driving continuous growth in performance.

• Establish and maintain long-term stable customer relationships, enhance customer loyalty and repurchase rate.

• Assist with daily operations of the store, including product display, inventory management, and store cleaning.

• Accurately grasp product knowledge and the latest series information, and provide personalized shopping advice to customers.

Work requirements

• One or more years of retail industry work experience, those with luxury or high-end fashion brand backgrounds are especially preferred.

• Have the ability to actively seek out customers and close sales, and to love sales work and have a service attitude.

• Have good communication and interpersonal interaction skills, and be able to flexibly respond to different types of customer needs.

• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin for communication, good writing skills.
