Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and archiving various types of information related to real estate projects, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

• Assist in shooting real estate panoramic photos and VR images, and then conduct preliminary screening and classification upload

• Convert paper-based documents to electronic form and input them into the company's designated system or database

• Regularly update real estate information and provide real-time data support to the sales team

• Collaborate with department colleagues to complete other administrative and office work assigned by the supervisor

Work requirements

• Second 5 education or above, with basic computer operating skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Office software (such as Word, Excel), able to handle simple office work

• Have good communication skills, be able to clearly record and reflect data problems

• Work carefully and systematically, pay attention to details, and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time

• Willing to learn new technologies and those with basic knowledge of the real estate industry will be given priority
