RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and develop business with existing clients and potential clients;
Handle customers' & overseas inquiries and quotation;
Explore & gain new business opportunities in the aspects of freight forwarding& logistics;
Prepare sales reports and market updates;
Liaise with customers for shipment follow-up, communicate with overseas offices;
Monitor shipment status and work closely with internal parties to resolve issues;
Office administrative support;
Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT:
·Form 7 / DSE or above.
·3 years working experience or above in Freight Forwarding and Logistics field is preferred;
·Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Customer-oriented, self-motivated, responsive, well-organized and willing to work overtime when required
· Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Mandarin
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Coordinator/Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Continuously maintain and expand existing customer and potential customer business relationships;
Handling local and overseas customer inquiries, quotations and order follow-up;
Actively explore new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics;
Prepare sales reports and market dynamics updates to support business decisions;
Responsible for the whole process of goods delivery, including close collaboration with customers, overseas offices and internal departments (such as operations, documentation, warehousing);
Real-time monitoring of cargo transportation status, timely identification and coordination with internal units to solve transportation abnormalities or sudden problems;
Provide daily office administrative support, including file organization, data archiving, meeting scheduling, etc.;
Work requirements:
Secondary School Diploma (DSE) or above;
Have 3 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry, familiar with international air and sea transportation, import and export procedures, etc.;
Customer-oriented, proactive, and responsive; clear and organized; and willing to work overtime to meet business needs;
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with excellent writing and oral expression skills in Chinese and English;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with basic data analysis and presentation skills;
Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, meet the legal full-time employment qualifications in Hong Kong.
