Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily customer service work, provide professional and thoughtful service answers, handle customer disputes and solve problems for customers in a timely manner
2. Provide support to the sales and marketing teams
3. Process customer reservations. Perform other assigned administrative duties
4. Analyze and process customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement
4. Inventory Management

Requirements:
1. Secondary five level or above
2. 2 years of relevant work experience
3. Understand how to read, write Chinese and English reports and computer operations, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese and English typing (Cangjie/Simplified)
4. Understand B2B operations first
5. Speak fluent Cantonese, understand a little English and Mandarin
6. Proactive, enthusiastic, with good communication skills and service attitude
