<p><strong>• Job Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p>a. Basic services: Responsible for user consultation and response on the RWA.LTD platform (token subscription, transaction operations, physical exchange), answering questions through online customer service, phone, etc.; handling user complaints and transaction issues (order abnormalities, token settlement delays), recording problem types and following up on resolution progress; assisting in the development of marketing promotion basic materials (project posters, short video scripts), participating in social media (Twitter, LinkedIn) content release; statistics on user consultation data (problem types, resolution rate), marketing promotion data (exposure, conversion rate), and the compilation of daily / weekly reports; Assist in organizing market activities (online roadshows, user Q&A), follow up on execution and record user feedback.</p><p></p><p>c. General requirements: Analyze user behavior data (transaction frequency, preferred asset type), output user portraits to optimize operating strategies and customer service; complete other operating and customer support tasks assigned by the supervisor.</p><p><strong>• Job Requirements</strong>:</p><p>a. Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, e-commerce, finance, international trade related majors are preferred.</p><p>b. Understand the basic functions of the RWA platform (trading, exchange), be familiar with the whole process of market promotion (content, activities, channels), those who have blockchain and RWA platform operation experience are preferred; those who have 1 year of customer service or operation experience (fresh graduates can be trained), or those who have 3 to 4 years of internet operation/financial platform customer service/operation work experience are preferred.</p><p>c. Have good communication and expression skills, customer service awareness, and be able to independently plan and execute market activities, build a customer service system; be familiar with office software, have data analysis and cross-departmental collaboration abilities;</p><p></p>
