Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Handle overall Accounts Payable process including vendor queries, cheque and electronic payments, payment transaction reconciliation, accurate and timely settlement
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
• Assist in month-end closing. Ensure the financial results and all management reports are correctly compiled with general ledger
• Support daily operations in finance function
• Assist in year-end audit and tax matters
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of solid accounting experience, with at least 2 years in processing payment
• Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively across all levels
• Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Experience in Handling MPF, leave calculations and staff reimbursements
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
