R&D Deputy General (Electric Commercial Vehicle)

Duties:

Strategy and planning: Develop an electric heavy-duty truck product technology roadmap and R&D planning, lead forward-looking technology research and application.

R&D Management: Responsible for the entire electric heavy-duty truck (including the three-electric system, chassis, lightweighting, etc.) R&D project, leading technical solution review and decision-making, and ensuring the project is delivered on quality, cost, and time targets. Team Building: Build, cultivate and manage a high-quality R&D technical team, build an efficient R&D system and process.

Job Requirements

Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, etc.

Work experience:

Must have: More than 10 years of commercial vehicle (trucks/buses preferred) R&D experience, of which at least 5 years of experience in fully responsible for new energy (pure electric/swap electric) whole vehicle R&D management.

Must condition: Have completed and led at least one new energy heavy-duty truck or similar large-scale new energy commercial vehicle from design to mass production.

Familiar with three-electric system integration, whole vehicle control, thermal management, lightweighting, etc. key technologies.
