Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation monitoring and maintenance of the communication system, ensuring the stable operation of the call center communication equipment.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance work, including system checks, software updates, and hardware testing.
• Quickly respond and resolve communication system failures, perform problem diagnosis and technical support, and minimize service interruption time.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, handle complex technical issues and system upgrade projects.
• Write and update technical documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance records.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in electronic, electrical, communications or information technology related fields.
• At least five years of communication engineering-related work experience, of which at least three years must have call center communication system support and maintenance experience.
• Familiar with the common communication technologies and platforms used in call centers, such as PBX, VoIP, ACD and CTI systems.
• Have good problem analysis and solving skills, and be able to handle technical abnormalities at the hardware and software levels independently.
• Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to adapt to emergency support and shift work.
