Part-time - Administrative Assistant (Mei Hu)

[Job] Tutoring center sincerely recruits Administrative Assistant (part-time)

[Working hours]

• Fixed work days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

• Work hours: Afternoon time (for example: 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm, specific time can be negotiated)

[Responsibilities]

• Responsible for daily reception and administrative support at the tutoring center.

• Actively introduce courses to visiting or inquiring parents, handle course sales and enrollment procedures.

• Assist with student registration, answering phone inquiries, and general administrative work.

[Entry Requirements]

• Educational requirements: Secondary school graduates/Diploma students or graduates are all eligible.

• Work experience: Those with sales (Sales) or retail/customer service experience are preferred.

• Personal traits: Outgoing personality, sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and not afraid to engage in sales and promotion.

[Salary and benefits]

• Hourly rate: HKD $60 - $75 / hour (depending on work experience and background).
