Fund Management Assistant

Fund Management Assistant (Full-time based in Hong Kong)

Duties include:

1. Assist the fund management responsible person to carry out cross-border fund, private product investment and research and operation work, sort out Hong Kong stocks, U.S. stocks, and offshore fund industry data, and build a basic accounting system for fund investment and product operation.

3. Write a fund investment weekly report, a fund target due diligence memo, an investor fund investment advice letter, proofread compliance talking points, and meet the SFC's fund operation compliance requirements.

5. Assist in completing cross-border fund product registration, fund back-end data reporting, transaction instruction auxiliary verification, product net asset value statistics, etc. fund operation work.

Job Requirements

1. Identity requirements: Must be a Hong Kong local resident, hold a Hong Kong permanent identity card, be fluent in Cantonese and English reading and writing, and be able to communicate in Mandarin.

3. Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, accounting, and quantitative finance.

4. Certificate requirements: Priority will be given to those who have passed HKSI LE Paper 1, and those who hold CFA Level 1 and FRM Level 1 will be given priority.

5. Requirements: Proficient in Bloomberg and Wind Hong Kong stock terminals, Excel data visualization and financial modeling; familiar with Hong Kong SFC fund management compliance rules, cross-border fund QFLP capital flow rules.
