Salary: Competitive package up to HK$30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) related systems and modules, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance/support.

• Develop, enhance, and integrate AML functionalities such as transaction monitoring, suspicious activity detection, compliance reporting, and data processing pipelines.

• Analyze business/user requirements from compliance, risk, and operations teams; translate them into technical specifications and system designs.

• Write clean, efficient code and perform unit/integration testing to ensure system quality, security, and regulatory compliance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; provide technical support and user training as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., business analysts, compliance officers, project managers) to deliver projects on time.

• Assist in preparing system documentation, user manuals, and compliance-related reports.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience as an Analyst Programmer, Programmer, or similar role (fresh graduates with strong internships/projects in financial systems considered).

• Hands-on experience in developing or supporting AML-related projects/systems (e.g., transaction monitoring, KYC/CDD enhancements, compliance modules) is highly preferred.

• Background in banking, insurance, or financial services industry is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, .NET, or similar; experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and data processing tools.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (written and spoken); Mandarin is an advantage.

• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
