Responsible for recording and organizing meeting minutes, ensuring that all resolutions are accurately recorded and promptly communicated to relevant personnel, and following up on important meeting resolutions to ensure that all work is completed on time and feedback is provided. 4, Responsible for drafting, reviewing and sending various official documents, reports and letters, ensuring the professionalism and accuracy of the documents. 5, Responsible for communicating and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure accurate information transmission. 6, Manage related files in the management director's office, and maintain information security and confidentiality. 7, Maintain the smooth operation of the board of directors' office, ensure the compliant operation of the company's internal governance, and provide necessary policy advice. Requirements: 1. Have a college degree or above, with business management, public administration or related fields graduates given priority. 2. At least five years of relevant work experience, familiar with corporate operations and high-level assistance work. 3. Excellent language skills, need to be fluent in Chinese and English, and have good writing and oral expression skills. 4. Proficient in using office software such as the Microsoft Office suite, and able to quickly adapt to new tools. 5. Work attitude is proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality, and the ability to maintain efficiency under pressure.
