Assist in the development, update and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures to ensure business operations comply with Hong Kong relevant laws, regulatory requirements and industry standards (such as the Securities and Futures Commission, the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Customs, the Personal Data Privacy Commissioner's Office, etc.);
Regularly conduct compliance risk assessments and internal audits, identify potential compliance gaps, and propose specific improvement recommendations and follow-up implementation status;
Support compliance training programs, provide employees with compliance awareness education and practical operation guidance, and enhance the understanding of all staff in key areas such as anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CFT), data privacy and integrity;
Handle daily compliance affairs, including customer due diligence (CDD/EDD), transaction monitoring abnormal reports, regulatory questionnaire responses, compliance file archiving and management;
Requirements:
Have basic legal, financial, accounting or business-related knowledge background, academic qualifications are not limited, fresh graduates and newcomers with less than one year of entry are welcome to apply;
Have basic computer operating skills, be familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint), be able to efficiently organize data, create compliant presentations and reports;
