Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the company's overall accounting and bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable
Handle daily administrative and clerical work, including file archiving, data entry, and internal coordination matters
Proficient in using Excel for data organization

Work requirements

Have 5 years of basic accounting knowledge, those who have accounting or cashiering related work experience are preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including common functions and report creation) and Word document processing software
Able to operate Chinese input method, with quick and accurate Chinese typing ability
Careful and responsible, with good communication skills and team spirit, and able to meet the department's operating needs
