Duties include:<br>Sales process support: Assist the sales team in handling policy application, underwriting follow-up, and insurance changes, etc. Ensure that the documents are filled out correctly and the application materials are submitted in a timely manner, thereby ensuring the smooth progress of the business.<br>Data Management and Analysis: Responsible for the daily statistical, sorting and archiving of sales data (such as policy performance, customer information, team activity volume, etc.), regular generation of sales data reports, and providing data support for team management decisions.<br>File and contract management: Coordinate the management of sales-related documents (such as insurance product information, contract templates, compliance documents, etc.), ensure that file versions are updated in a timely manner, stored in an orderly manner, and comply with the company's compliance requirements and industry regulatory standards.<br>Customer Service Assistance: Assist in answering customer inquiries about policy progress and basic insurance terms, coordinate sales consultants and customers’ communication and connection, and enhance customer service response efficiency and satisfaction. <br>Sales team logistics support: Assist in organizing sales meetings, training activities and team motivation activities, be responsible for meeting minutes writing, materials preparation, site coordination, etc.; manage sales team office supplies application and distribution, ensure daily office needs of the team. <br><br>Job Requirements<br>Education and major: Bachelor's degree or above, administration, business management, insurance, finance, etc. Relevant majors are preferred.<br>Working permit: Need to hold a Hong Kong ID (HKID) or IANG visa, and be legally allowed to work full-time in Hong Kong; especially welcome those who have been approved of the High Talent Pass and the Outstanding Talent Scheme to join.<br>Experience requirement: Applicants with 1 year or more of administrative, sales assistant or insurance industry-related work experience are preferred; those familiar with insurance business processes (such as application, underwriting, and maintenance) or sales administrative work logic are better. <br>Ability and quality:<br>Have strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility, be sensitive to data, and be able to accurately process complex invoices and statistical work to avoid administrative errors;<br><br>Proficient in Office office software (especially Excel data analysis, PPT basic production), with basic data processing and report production ability;<br>Understand the insurance industry's compliance requirements, have strong compliance awareness, and be able to handle administrative affairs strictly in accordance with company rules and regulatory provisions.<br>Other requirements: proactive work attitude, strong stress resistance, able to adapt to the fast-paced work atmosphere of the sales team, and possessing a spirit of teamwork.<br>Salary and benefits<br>Salary: Provide a competitive fixed salary (specifically negotiable), coupled with performance bonuses (depending on team performance and personal administrative work quality), a stable income structure that supports visa renewal needs, and provide assurance for compliant work in Hong Kong.<br>Benefits: Pay Hong Kong local compliant social security (MPF), and provide additional commercial insurance (such as group accident insurance, supplementary medical care, etc.), to protect employees and their families; enjoy statutory holidays, paid annual leave, holiday bonuses (such as Chinese New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival bonuses), annual health check-ups, etc.<br><br>
