Luxury salesperson

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively greet customers, provide high-quality, personalized shopping experiences, and actively achieve personal and store sales targets

• Accurately answer customer inquiries about product features, materials, maintenance, and brand culture, handle objections and needs flexibly, and build long-term trust relationships

• Collect customer feedback on products, services, and displays, regularly analyze and report to senior management, and support product and operational optimization

• Execute various promotional activities, through on-site guidance, persuasion and interactive experiences, to enhance customer engagement and conversion rate

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation or above; fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English communication skills (able to read product labels, understand common English technical terms)

• 1 to 3 years of retail industry work experience; those with luxury, fashion or high-end consumer brand sales experience are preferred; those who perform well may be promoted to senior salesperson or supervisor

• Interested in and familiar with the fashion industry and luxury culture, understand international brand positioning, consumer behavior and store standard operating procedures

• Outgoing and confident personality, stable emotions, strong stress resistance, and able to adapt to the fast-paced retail environment and goal-oriented evaluation

• Have a team spirit, willing to cooperate with shift arrangements ( 9 hours a day, working 5-6 days a week), those who can immediately take up employment will be given priority

• Must meet Hong Kong's legal work qualifications and apply for the following identities: Hong Kong permanent resident, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), outstanding talent entry plan (Outstanding Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention/hire arrangement (IANG), dependent entry visa or other valid work permit
