Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide prompt and courteous customer service in a fast-paced dining environment by greeting guests, presenting menus, and answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods</li>
<li>Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and communicate special requests to kitchen and bar staff</li>
<li>Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy and quality while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards</li>
<li>Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance check totals at the end of each shift with attention to detail and accountability</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, side stations, and service equipment, including setting and resetting tables to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous experience in restaurant serving is strongly recommended but not required for motivated candidates</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members in a professional and friendly manner</li>
<li>Able to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled by management to meet business need</li>
<li>Familiarity with POS systems, basic math skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment</li>
