Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Operator & Partner Relationship Management

·Manage communication with mobile operators, MVNOs, MVNEs, wholesalers and SIM distributors

·Support commercial discussions, pricing reviews, and partnership development

·Maintain updated knowledge of partner offerings, coverage, and commercial terms

·Coordinate partner onboarding and documentation flow

2. Commercial Resource & Supplier Management

·Consolidate market intelligence, competitor insights, and partner updates

·Source and evaluate global suppliers (MNOs, MVNEs, wholesalers)

·Monitor resource performance and highlight commercial risks or opportunities

·Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning

·Support product teams with resource availability for new launches and expansion

·Coordinate issue resolution with suppliers to ensure stable service delivery

·Work closely with stakeholders to align resource needs with commercial priorities

·Support commercial teams with pricing, contract reviews, and partner negotiations

·Assist in preparing commercial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

·Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline

·3–6 years’ experience in telecom, MVNO, roaming, procurement, or commercial operations

·Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

·Strong understanding of telecom commercial structures, including IMSI resources, data pools, and roaming services, is highly preferred

·Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel

·Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

·Open to occasional overseas travel for partner meetings and industry events

More extensive experience will be considered for managerial roles
