Responsibilities • Manage and oversee the operations and sales performance of the Ecommerce platforms in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau • Responsible for the P&L of Ecommerce business, formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and boost the sales growth • Work with internal parties including Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, Logistics, IT and Finance for the launch of e-commerce business • Implement digital growth strategy (SEO, SEM, CRM and content optimization) to optimize the sales potential • Utilize web analytics tools to provide timely review of all promotional activities, provide recommendation and action plan for improvement • Initiate and lead projects to enhance online traffic and customer journey • Consolidate and prepare periodically sales reports and analysis, marketing KPI and promotions effectiveness, etc., obtain business insights and propose action plans to Management
Job Requirements • Bachelor degree or above • The knowledge and the marketing / selling Health Care Products is essential • The understanding of the operations and regulations of international trade and logistics is essential. • A strong understanding of the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem in mainland China, with experience working on mainland e-commerce platforms. • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
