Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for daily warehouse administrative support work, including receipt of goods invoice verification, warehouse data input and system update, ensuring accurate and error-free product information.
Organize and archive various warehouse documents (such as purchase orders, delivery orders, inventory records, etc.), and maintain paper and electronic archives in order to be searchable.
Print goods labels, packaging markings, and internal operations tables according to work requirements, and make necessary copies and distributions.
Assist warehouse personnel in conducting receiving inventory, quantity comparison, and preliminary recording of abnormal situations to support smooth logistics operations.
Cooperate with departmental arrangements, participate in cyclical inventory preparation, data integration and temporary assignment of administrative affairs.

Work requirements

Education must reach the level of secondary five or above in Hong Kong, with basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, and the ability to clearly understand and write daily business documents.
Fluent in Cantonese, able to meet the oral communication needs of local colleagues and suppliers; understand simple written language expression, no need for English ability.
Have good team spirit, be willing to support colleagues, and be able to adapt to overtime arranged due to business needs.
