Monitor system operator

Main responsibilities

• 24-hour monitoring of water meter monitoring system and related alarms

• Real-time follow-up on water meter anomalies, leak alerts, and system failure messages.

• Notify the relevant departments and follow up according to established procedures.

• Record accident details, handling process, and complete the report.

• Assist in checking and maintaining the normal operation of the supervision system.

• Stay in touch with the technical support team.

Entry Requirements

• Grade Five or above / Secondary School Diploma

• Understand basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office, email and web systems.

• Able to read and understand the alarm messages from the monitoring system.

• Have good communication skills and sense of responsibility.

• Must work shifts (if applicable).

Prioritization

• Applicants with IT, computer systems, networking or monitoring system-related work experience are preferred.

• Preference will be given to those with security monitoring experience.
