Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving and confirming orders from major travel platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.), updating room status and reservation system in real time, and ensuring information accuracy and correctness
- Provide check-in and check-out services to guests, including identity verification, room key issuance, fee settlement, and invoice issuance, etc. for the entire process of reception operations
- Coordinate room cleaning and maintenance progress, communicate in real time with butlers or cleaning staff to ensure the room is ready on time
Work requirements
- Have basic Chinese communication skills, be able to express clearly and listen patiently; those who understand English or Minnanese are especially good, making it easier to serve international travelers or local elders
- Familiar with common computer operations, able to quickly master the hotel reservation system, communication software (such as LINE, WeChat) and basic Office tools
- Preference will be given to those with service industry experience, especially those with front desk experience in guesthouses, hostels, and boutique hotels
- Kind and steady personality, strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to flexible shifts (including holidays and night shifts), and able to handle on-site situations independently
- Pay attention to details, have a certain degree of control over time management and multi-tasking, and be able to maintain service quality and process efficiency during busy periods
