Quantitative Development Engineer/Researcher (AI direction, 0 to 2 years of experience)
Job Responsibilities
Research and explore cutting-edge deep learning/machine learning algorithms, based on web3 on-chain data, order book microstructure, etc., develop web3 financial time series data prediction models, and use the models to guide trades;
Continuously improve model prediction accuracy and optimize model inference performance to support millions of prediction requests per day.
Basic requirements
Have a Hong Kong work permit;
Have strong coding skills, be familiar with Python for model development, be familiar with mainstream deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, understand multimodal learning, and have experience in multimodal data alignment;
Familiar with DNN / LSTM / CNN / Transformer and other network structures, with good sequential feature engineering ability, able to implement and deploy deep learning models in quantitative trading, and adapt to the inference efficiency requirements of high-frequency trading scenarios;
Have strong mathematical foundations, be familiar with probability and statistics, linear algebra, etc. common mathematical tools, master common data structures and algorithms, have good modeling logic;
Proficient in SQL and its performance optimization, familiar with at least one common big data component and technology;
Good Mandarin communication skills.
Familiar with web3 exchange WebSocket API (such as Binance) low-latency access or real-time web3 strategy development experience;
Cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Aliyun, etc.) model deployment experience;
Backtesting system use or development experience;
Create or participate in open source projects, internship experience in mature technical teams, and other programming practice experiences.
