Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of daily trade settlement

  • Process daily clearing and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Knowledge of IPO subscriptions, corporate actions, and handle ad hoc operational projects as assigned

  • Follow SFC regulations and internal control procedures

  • Prepare settlement reports, and support audit or regulatory requests

  • Work with custodians, brokers, and counterparties for settlement issues promptly

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist in system enhancements

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma holder in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

  • 1–3 years of settlement or securities operations experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong commitment and eagerness to learn are also welcome

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

  • Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable in a dynamic yet collaborative environment
