• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone schedules; identify dependencies, manage risks and issues proactively, and address bottlenecks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery in alignment with organizational strategy.

• Conduct user requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable technical delivery plans.

• Coordinate and oversee testing, pilot deployments, and controlled rollouts; consolidate feedback and drive remediation and continuous improvement prior to full-scale deployment.

• Produce regular status reporting and deliver comprehensive deployment documentation, operational handover materials, and project closure artefacts.

2) Change Management & Stakeholder Communication

• Lead structured change management sessions to communicate project scope, impact, and adoption expectations to relevant stakeholders.

• Capture decisions and action items, monitor follow-up execution, and ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to daily operations.

• Address stakeholder concerns professionally and in a timely manner, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

3) End-User Experience, Support & Adoption

• Proactively identify end-user pain points and implement targeted enhancements to improve satisfaction and productivity.

• Provide second-line technical support for Microsoft 365 services and Mainland China collaboration tools (e.g., WeCom, WPS), ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and escalations are managed appropriately.

• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, FAQs, and deliver end-user training sessions to support adoption and proper usage.

4) IT Administration & Platform Governance

• Lead the deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of office digital infrastructure, including end-user workstations and meeting room AV/VC systems.

• Administer Microsoft 365 services and related enterprise platforms, including Autopilot, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Enterprise Applications.

• Plan and execute integrations between Microsoft 365 and China-native tools, covering SSO, data synchronization, and workflow automation, ensuring compliance with security and operational requirements.

5) Office Renovation / Site Project Enablement

• Lead IT workstreams for office renovation and relocation projects, including site readiness, infrastructure planning, and cutover coordination.

• Manage coordination with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver compliant and operationally ready IT environments aligned with corporate standards.

6) Process Standardisation & Documentation Control

• Establish and standardise recurring IT operational processes (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, PMO governance, BPM-related procedures) to enhance consistency, efficiency, and audit readiness.

• Maintain and continuously improve IT knowledge base content, including SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and project handbooks, ensuring documentation accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline (preferred).

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience delivering digital workspace or end-user computing projects; familiarity with Mainland China solutions is highly preferred.

• Strong practical experience with Microsoft 365, VC/PABX systems, and office renovation / site delivery projects.

• Solid understanding of network fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN) and information security best practices.

• Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from initiation to closure, delivering within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Demonstrated strengths in execution, multitasking, and deadline-driven delivery, with proactive problem-solving and data-driven decision-making capability.

• Experience in IT process standardisation and lifecycle management practices.

• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills; able to maintain accurate documentation and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese and English.
