Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution of key projects at the senior executive level, develop a phased implementation plan, and ensure that project timelines align with company goals.

• Regularly submit progress reports to management, warn of potential risks and provide solutions, serving as the core reference for high-level decision-making.

• Coordinate internal and external resources, actively promote business processes, and ensure project goals are achieved within the specified time frame.
  

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree, majoring in marketing, business management, finance, economics or related fields is preferred.

• Have 1 to 3 years of business development, customer relationship management or B2B sales related experience, those with a financial or insurance industry background are especially preferred.

• Have quick learning abilities, be able to quickly master the company's products, service models and industry standards; do not need to hold a sales license, and do not involve digital promotion evaluation (such as "running numbers").

• Fluent in Cantonese (essential), Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate in both written and spoken form.
