Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for guiding retired people and beginners with zero foundation to learn basic techniques of pickleball, including correct grip, hitting timing and control of the contact point, basic serving and receiving skills.
Design safe, moderate-paced, and interactive course content tailored to the physical characteristics of older learners, emphasizing stability, center of gravity transfer, and low-impact step training (such as side steps, small adjustments).

Work requirements

Have practical pickleball playing experience, familiar with international pickleball rules, and able to clearly disassemble and demonstrate basic technical skills.
Experience in teaching the elderly or beginners is particularly valuable, with patience, affinity, and clear oral expression, able to explain the principles of action in a way that is relevant to everyday life.
Can consistently attend fixed time slots: either Wednesday or Thursday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, with good time management and sense of responsibility.
