Watchman (part-time)

Responsible for opening and closing the door, handling office waste and cleaning, and occasionally performing other tasks.

Residence in the new field of Mi-pu Lung Village is preferred.

Welcome retired people and the elderly.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily opening and closing of the office building's main entrance.

• Regularly collect and clean up garbage inside and outside the office building, and maintain a clean and hygienic public area.

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including simple sweeping and wiping.

• Assist in handling temporary affairs.

Work requirements

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, with valid identity documents.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese for basic needs.

• Good physical condition, able to handle light physical labor, including short periods of standing, bending, and carrying general cleaning tools.

• Work attitude honest and reliable, sense of responsibility and basic service awareness, and emphasis on punctuality and professional ethics.

• Preference will be given to those who live in Xin Tien Mi Pu Lung Village or the surrounding area, to ensure stable attendance and rapid response.
