Country Manager
Job Responsibilities
I. Channel Development, Team Management & Strategic Planning
Responsible for 0-to-1 market channel development in Southeast Asia/South Asia/Central Asia, formulating market strategies and breaking down annual/quarterly objectives.
Build and manage a localized market team.
II. Performance Management & Decision-Making
Accountable for regional KPIs (GMV, profit margin, market share, etc.) and regularly report strategic progress to senior leadership.
Lead budget allocation and approve major marketing investments and partner contracts.
III. Cross-Departmental Resource Coordination
Collaborate with supply chain, finance, legal, and other departments to resolve key cross-border challenges (e.g., logistics, payment compliance).
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 6+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics (including at least 3 years in a managerial role). Must have a proven track record of 0-to-1 market expansion in Southeast Asia.
Deep understanding of international business models and familiarity with overseas compliance risks (e.g., data privacy laws in SEA).
Leadership: Experience in team building, strong decision-making skills, self-motivation, and accountability for regional sales performance and team management.
Preferred: Prior experience in 3C mobile accessories/consumer electronics sales and sales team management.
National Manager
Duties include:
One, channel expansion, team management and strategic planning:
1. Responsible for the 0-1 market channel development of Southeast Asia/South Asia/ Central Asia, formulating market strategic planning, and dividing annual/quarterly goals.
2. Build and manage a localized marketing team.
1. Responsible for core indicators such as regional GMV, profit margin, market share, etc., and report strategic progress to senior management on a regular basis.
2. Lead budget allocation, approve major marketing expenses and partner contracts.
Three. Cross-departmental resource integration:
1. Coordinate with supply chain, finance, legal departments to solve cross-border logistics, payment compliance, etc. key issues.
Job Requirements
2. Proficient in international market business models, familiar with overseas market compliance risks (such as Southeast Asian data privacy law).
3. Management skills: Have team building experience, excellent decision-making ability, strong self-motivation and sense of responsibility, and be responsible for Southeast Asian regional sales performance and team management.
4. Priority: Priority will be given to those with experience in sales and sales team management of 3C mobile phone accessories and consumer electronics brand products.
