Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for cash register work during the night shift (13:00 to 22:00), accurately handling cash, electronic payments and various transactions, and ensuring that the accounts are clear and error-free.
Timely complete daily business settlement, including cash count, sales report filling and system data input, and verify the handover record with the on-duty supervisor.
Maintain a clean and orderly cash register, properly store cash registers, spare change, and invoices, and follow the company's financial management rules.
Proactively assist customers in answering basic inquiries and handling simple returns and exchanges, demonstrating polite and professional service attitude, and improving customer satisfaction.

Work requirements

Have basic Chinese and English reading and writing abilities, be able to clearly understand instructions and fill out daily operation forms.
Honest and reliable, with good mathematical skills and attention to detail, able to handle money transactions and account verification independently.
No relevant experience is required, welcome newcomers to apply; those with retail or food and beverage cashier experience are preferred.
Must be able to complete a three-day training at the Yau Ma Tei branch within the specified time and report for duty at the Shang Shui Nan Jie branch as scheduled.

Benefits

Monthly salary of HKD$14,500 or above, depending on performance and attendance, with additional allowances and adjustment space.
